ＳＨ１series　(150mm・200mm)

• φ１２の超スリムタイプで、ワークと干渉しません。
  　（大手他社のスリムタイプはφ１６以上）
  
  
• ホルダーの外径が超スリムながら太い把握径を実現。
  
• 
  
• シャンクがφ１２なので、通常の１３型ドリルチャックで使用可能です。
  
  
• ロングドリルと異なり手元まで太く剛性があるため加工物の厚さまで使用可能です。
  
  
• 引きコレット構造で把握力が強く、タップの使用も問題ありません。
  また、ドリルチャックで直接把握するより早い送りが可能です。
  
  
• 自動盤などで切削液をかけにくい場合、 通常では切り粉が絡まりやすい場合等の延長用に、
  また複合旋盤上で回転工具の延長としても最適です。
  
  
• ロングエンドミル、ロングドリル、ロングタップ等高価な工具を毎回使用する必要がなくコストの低減化に
  
  

§使用すると思われる場合

• 深いところに穴、タップなどを加工している場合
  
  
• マシニングセンター、タッピングセンターなどを使用している場合
  
  
• 旋盤、自動盤、ボール盤、専用機、などにも使用可能
  
  

§選定基準
Holders：SH12-150 holder (150mm) is usually recommended.
　　　 　 But, when it is too long SH12-100 holder (100mm) is recommended

collets： When shank diameters of the use tool are not just diameter, it have to use one size up collet
　　　　　 Example : when the tool shank is φ3.85, use a φ3.9 collet.

§Attention in handling



• Use it after you wipe out an anticorrosive well before the use for the precision maintenance.
  
• Be careful, it has the possibility that collet fractures when a pull bolt is tightened too much.
  
• Be careful, it has the possibility that collet is damaged when collet diameter is different from shank diameter of the holding tool.
